In Spain, the Value Added Tax (I.V.A.) (21%) will be applied with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (In these territories, customs clearance and import taxes will be borne by the customer).
In the rest of the countries of the European Union, it will apply what dictates the regulations of that country.

Shipping paid from 500 € provided that the merchandise does not exceed a weight of 25 Kg.
Quantities below 500 €, please indicate your usual transport.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and including its instruction manual.
It is very important that you send us the perfectly packaged change or return product. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not admit the return.
Any change and return must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the shipment. The customer will bear the direct costs of the return.
COBOS PRECISIÓN S.L. Replace the equipment in case it is defective or send a credit note in the event of a return.
COBOS PRECISIÓN, S.L Guarantees its instruments from one to three years depending on the type of apparatus or series, from the date of acquisition against any defect in materials or workmanship. During this period, COBOS PRECISIÓN, S.LRepair or in its judgment replace defective items, free of charge to the customer, provided that none of the following circumstances exist:
– The instrument has been repaired or modified by persons outside COBOS PRECISIÓN, S.L
– Manifest maltreatment or exposure to situations for which the instrument has not been designed.
– Incorrect installation or not in accordance with the instructions supplied by COBOS PRECISIÓN, S.L
The warranty covers only the products supplied by COBOS PRECISIÓN, S.L And does not extend to other devices or components that the client uses in conjunction with them. Products under warranty that require Technical Service will be sent by the customer to the place indicated by your dealer at prepaid rates, and with a brief indication of the problem. To do this, you must carefully wrap the instrument to avoid damage in transport (use the original packaging if possible).
